Customer accounts & reordering for your direct orders

In their account, guests see previous orders and can use them as a starting point for the next one. Build on a good experience and make it easier for them to order from you again.

Make the next direct order easier

Order lunch directly again

Example: a regular guest uses a previous pasta-and-salad order as a starting point for their next lunch.

Guests do not have to search for every item in a familiar selection again; they stay with your direct ordering channel.

Remember a dish they enjoyed

Example: a guest finds a dish in their order history whose name they had forgotten.

The previous order brings back a good experience and makes the next choice easier.

Add a loyalty offer to convenient ordering

Example: a guest finds their orders in their account and also sees their digital loyalty stamp card.

A simple ordering process and a clear loyalty offer give regular guests different reasons to return.

How guests find their orders again

Guests can find earlier orders in their account. In the example, they see Spaghetti Pomodoro and Tiramisu Classico with their order details and can use that selection as a starting point for a new order.

Before placing it, they check the items and prices currently available. Order history saves them searching for familiar dishes again.

A good previous order is easy to find

What was that pasta called last time? Which dessert went with it? Guests can find the orders saved in their account in their order history. Their previous purchase helps them choose their next meal. It is especially useful when they remember the flavour but not the dish’s exact name.

  • Find saved orders and their details
  • Build on familiar dishes and combinations
  • Use a good previous experience to guide the next choice

Reuse a familiar selection and check current prices

Reordering uses a previous order as a starting point. Guests review the items and prices currently available, then decide on their new order. They do not have to search for every familiar item again. It makes direct ordering easier, for example for a regular lunch order.

A familiar ordering route supports regular guests

Once guests know how to order directly from you, convenience matters on their next visit. A clear order history and a reorder option build on that habit. A digital loyalty stamp card can complement it with a suitable reward programme. Combine a straightforward ordering process with another reason to order directly from you again.
