Pronto or Classico: the right plan for your business

With Pronto, you take online orders and your guests pay when they receive their order. Classico also offers online payments, QR codes for ordering directly at the table and connecting your own domain.

All prices are plus statutory VAT. Ordentino charges no commission per order. With online payments, the payment provider's fees are charged on top. Costs for your card machine, your domain or work on your existing website are not included in the monthly price. Payment provider fees and other external costs may also apply during the trial.

You decide whether to continue with a paid Ordentino plan. No paid subscription begins without your express consent. There is no obligation to book a paid period after the trial. Both plans can be cancelled monthly. Your enquiry comes with no obligation. You will receive the contract terms before you sign a contract.

No. Both plans give you your own ordering page with an Ordentino address. You can keep your existing website and link to your ordering page from there. With Classico, you can connect your own domain.

Yes. With Pronto, your guests order online and pay on collection or delivery. With Classico, you can still let guests pay this way too.

No. You can use Ordentino alongside your existing delivery platforms and gradually point your guests to your own ordering page.

If you offer delivery, you handle it yourself. Drivers and external delivery services are not part of Ordentino. You can also use Ordentino for collection only.

No. You can use Ordentino on a smartphone, tablet or computer with internet access. For card payments on collection or delivery, you use your own card machine. Ordentino does not replace your existing cash register system.

Yes. With Classico, you can connect a domain you already own. The connection is included in the plan. Ordentino does not sell domains. Domain purchase and renewal through your domain provider, and email mailboxes, are not included. Without your own domain, you use your Ordentino web address.

Yes. Both plans let you link from your existing website to your Ordentino ordering page. Your guests open the menu and place their order there.

No. You get the right links to add to your Google listing. We do not promise any particular position in Google Search.

No. Send us your existing menu as a PDF, photo or link. We handle the initial setup for you. You check and approve all information before activation. Afterwards, you can change dishes, prices, pictures and settings yourself at any time.

We provide links for the menu and collection in your Google Business Profile, delivery if you offer it, and your Instagram profile. You publish the links as the profile owner; we help you use them.

You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.

Yes. Initial menu setup is included in Pronto and Classico without an additional setup fee. You provide your existing information and check the result before publication. Your restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information.
