About us
The idea came while ordering food.
Ordentino began with a simple wish: to order food without having to repeat yourself several times on the phone. That led to an online ordering system designed to make ordering easier for guests and work easier for restaurants.
Meet the people behind OrdentinoGood food. And an order that comes through clearly.
How it all began – told by Alexander, co-founder of Ordentino.
I often used to order from my favourite pizzerias by phone. It was noisy in the background, I had to repeat my order, and sometimes something was understood differently from how I had meant it. When I arrived to collect it, a pizza would be missing or a special request had been overlooked. For me, that meant waiting; for the team, it meant extra work.
What bothered me most was that both sides were losing time. Not because people weren't trying, but because things can easily get missed between the kitchen, guests and phone calls.
I wanted to be able to put my order together at my own pace. And I wanted the restaurant to have a clear understanding of what I wanted to order – without having to explain everything over the phone in the middle of the rush.
That wish became the idea for Ordentino: a way of ordering intended to help guests and restaurants save time and avoid misunderstandings.
Two developers. One shared purpose.
We are Alexander Kazakov and Vladyslav Omelchuk, the founders of SyncSln UG (haftungsbeschränkt), whose registered office is in Münster.
We develop Ordentino ourselves and support our customers personally. That allows experiences from day-to-day restaurant work to feed directly into further development.
Our aim is to use technology in a way that helps with everyday work. To do that, we want to understand how you work in your business and what would make your job easier.

Your own ordering channel. A price you can understand.
Delivery platforms can introduce new guests to a restaurant. For people who already know their favourite place, we also want to offer a direct way to order.
From the outset, it was important to us that restaurants could understand their costs. We have therefore deliberately kept our model simple: you pay a monthly plan fee. Ordentino does not charge a commission per order.
You decide whether to use Ordentino alongside existing platforms or as your main online ordering channel.
Online payments incur additional fees charged by the respective payment provider. Other external costs, such as your domain or card terminal, are also not included in the Ordentino plan.
View plans and featuresThe value you receive is the foundation of our business.
We want to build a successful business with Ordentino. The foundation for that is software that helps your business in its daily work and is worth what it costs.
That is why three things matter particularly to us:
Support as you get started
We take care of the initial setup of your menu. You check the details and approve your ordering page before it goes live. That way, you start with an ordering page that reflects what you offer.
Personal contact
You can speak to us directly. We listen, answer your questions and use feedback from your business to develop Ordentino further.
Clear answers
We explain what Ordentino can do for your business and where its limits lie. That allows you to decide whether our solution is right for you.
