Promotions & offers for your direct orders

With Pronto, you can reduce the price of selected dishes or include a free item with a qualifying order. Draw attention to a dish or make the larger pizza more appealing as a bundle.

The right offer for each occasion

Give guests a reason to try a pasta dish

Demo example: 15% off a pasta dish — €8.41 instead of €9.90.

The saving draws attention to this dish and can make it easier for guests to decide to try it.

Pair the large pizza with a free item

Demo example: a free 0.33 l cola with a 40 cm pizza, plus a €0.15 deposit.

The extra item can tip the decision towards the larger size. The benefit stays linked to the qualifying pizza.

Use a flyer to promote direct orders

Example campaign: a flyer shows your pasta offer with its price and a QR code to your own ordering page.

Guests see the advertised offer and find a direct route to your restaurant.

An offer with a clear saving

The guest chooses Spaghetti Pomodoro for €9.90. The €1.49 pasta discount appears in the cart, bringing the new total to €8.41. The benefit stays clear from the advertised dish through to the order.

For a free item, the qualifying selection matters instead: in the demo offer, the guest receives a free 0.33 l cola with a 40 cm pizza. The €0.15 deposit remains separate. Set an offer that suits your dishes and your margins.

A discount turns a dish into an offer

Would you like guests to try a particular pasta dish? A discount puts that dish in the spotlight. In the demo, 15% off €9.90 gives an offer price of €8.41. Guests can see which dish is discounted and what it costs. It gives your restaurant a way to promote a selected dish rather than discounting the whole order.

  • Promote a selected dish with a clear saving
  • Give guests a reason to try that dish
  • Draw attention to the part of your menu you want to promote

A free item makes the large pizza more appealing

With a free-item offer, guests receive something extra when their selection meets the offer condition. In the demo, a 40 cm pizza comes with a free 0.33 l cola, plus a €0.15 deposit. The condition is clear: choose the large pizza and receive the drink. For guests deciding between two sizes, this bundle can make the large option more appealing. You link the benefit to the selection you want to promote.

The offer leads to your own ordering page

A photo of pasta with its offer price or the message “Free cola with a 40 cm pizza” makes advertising specific. Show the offer on a flyer, at the counter or through your existing channels, together with your ordering link or QR code. Guests reach your own menu and can order the advertised offer directly from you. You promote both your food and your direct ordering channel.

Choose an offer that suits your restaurant

Frequently asked questions: Promotions & offers

When should I use a discount or a free item?

A discount works when you want to promote a particular dish at a lower price. A free-item offer links an additional item to a condition, such as a cola with a large pizza. Other suitable items, such as pizza rolls, are possible too. The right combination depends on your range and your margins.

How do guests know when they receive the free item?

The offer states the qualifying selection. In the demo, the condition is to order a 40 cm pizza. It comes with a free 0.33 l cola, plus a €0.15 deposit. Guests can take that benefit into account when choosing their pizza.

How is a promotion different from a discount code?

A promotion advertises a lower-priced dish or a free item with a particular selection. Guests enter a discount code when ordering to claim the benefit it provides. You can advertise a code on flyers or packaging, for example. Both options are already included in Pronto.

Are both promotion types already included in Pronto?

Yes. Dish-specific discounts and conditional free items are already included in Pronto. Guests can pay for their online order on collection or delivery. Classico also includes promotions and adds online payments.

Do I have to enter my menu myself?

Send us your existing menu as a PDF, photo or link. We handle the initial setup for you. You check and approve all information before activation. Afterwards, you can change dishes, prices, pictures and settings yourself at any time.

When do the 30 free days begin?

Try Pronto or Classico for 30 calendar days with real orders in your restaurant. The period starts only when your public ordering page is actually activated. Sending an enquiry, creating an account and setting up the menu do not start the clock. No paid subscription begins afterwards without your express consent.

What happens after the 30 days?

You decide whether to continue with a paid Ordentino plan. No paid subscription begins without your express consent. There is no obligation to book a paid period after the trial.

Do I get links for Google and Instagram?

We provide links for the menu and collection in your Google Business Profile, delivery if you offer it, and your Instagram profile. You publish the links as the profile owner; we help you use them.

Do I get a QR code for my flyers?

You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.

Is the initial menu setup free?

Yes. Initial menu setup is included in Pronto and Classico without an additional setup fee. You provide your existing information and check the result before publication. Your restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information.
