Questions

Questions about QR code ordering

Another question about your business?
Let's talk

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code and order in their browser.

Is a QR code automatically linked to a table number?

With Classico, each table has its own QR code. Orders placed through that code are assigned to the table and sent straight to the kitchen. The counter QR code in Pronto opens the ordering page for collection or your own delivery service.

Can guests still pay in person?

Yes. With Pronto, guests pay on collection or delivery, in cash or using your own card terminal. Classico also allows payment in person and adds online payments, which incur payment provider fees.

Can I display the same QR code in several places?

You can also display the counter QR code on flyers or packaging. It opens the same ordering page. For table orders with Classico, use each table's own QR code so that the order is assigned to the correct table.

What happens after scanning?

Guests open the menu in their browser, choose dishes and extras, and can add a special request. Your team receives their choices in Ordentino. For table orders with Classico, the relevant table is shown as well.

Does QR code ordering work for collection too?

Yes. QR codes can be placed on flyers, packaging or in your shop, taking guests straight to advance ordering or collection.

Can the menu be displayed in several languages?

Yes. Guests can choose from the languages in which you offer your menu.

Do I need to print the QR code table stands myself?

QR codes can be supplied digitally and then used for table stands, flyers or other printed materials.

Do I have to enter my menu myself?

No. Send us your existing menu as a PDF, photo or link. We handle the initial setup for you. You check and approve all information before activation. Afterwards, you can change dishes, prices, pictures and settings yourself at any time.

When do the 30 free days begin?

Try Pronto or Classico for 30 calendar days with real orders in your restaurant. The period starts only when your public ordering page is actually activated. Sending an enquiry, creating an account and setting up the menu do not start the clock. No paid subscription begins afterwards without your express consent.

What happens after the 30 days?

You decide whether to continue with a paid Ordentino plan. No paid subscription begins without your express consent. There is no obligation to book a paid period after the trial.

Do I get links for Google and Instagram?

We provide links for the menu and collection in your Google Business Profile, delivery if you offer it, and your Instagram profile. You publish the links as the profile owner; we help you use them.

Do I get a QR code for my flyers?

You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.

Is the initial menu setup free?

Yes. Initial menu setup is included in Pronto and Classico without an additional setup fee. You provide your existing information and check the result before publication. Your restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Can I use my existing domain?

Connecting your existing domain is included in Classico. Ordentino does not sell domains. Domain purchase and renewal through your domain provider, and work on your existing website, are not included in the monthly price.

Is QR code ordering right for your restaurant?
