Where a direct ordering flow helps

Guests should order through your own link, QR code or website instead of only through marketplaces.
The flow should feel clear for guests and manageable for the team during daily service.
You want a fixed monthly software cost and clearer control over repeat guests.

Direct orders under your own brand

Use one clear destination for direct orders, so a menu that does more than show a PDF: guests can choose, add extras and order supports your own channel instead of becoming just another marketplace listing.

Share the link on Google, your website, social media or flyers.
·
Guests order in the browser without installing a new app.
·
The team receives clearer order information than in a phone call.

Built for restaurant routines

Ordentino is designed for small teams that need a simple workflow during service, pickup windows and busy lunch periods.

You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.
·
Guests can open your menu in the languages you offer.
·
With Pronto, guests pay on collection or delivery - in cash or on your card machine. With Classico, they can also pay online straight away.

Two plans. One clear difference.

Both plans give you your own ordering page for collection and delivery. With Pronto, your guests pay when they receive their order. Classico also enables online payments, ordering directly at the table and connecting your own domain.

Common questions

Questions about Digital menu with ordering

Why a digital menu with ordering instead of a PDF?
A PDF can only show; a digital menu with ordering lets guests add items to a cart, pick variants, leave notes and submit the order in one flow.
Can the digital menu handle variants and extras?
Yes. Sizes, doneness, extras and modifier groups can be modelled per item so guests configure exactly what they want.
Can I show the menu in multiple languages?
Yes. Guests can open your menu in the languages you offer, so you can explain the same dishes to different groups of guests.
What is the difference between Pronto and Classico?
With Pronto, you take online orders and your guests pay when they receive their order. Classico also offers online payments, QR codes for ordering directly at the table and connecting your own domain.
What costs come on top of the monthly fee?
All prices are plus statutory VAT. Ordentino charges no commission per order. With online payments, the payment provider's fees are charged on top. Costs for your card machine, your domain or work on your existing website are not included in the monthly price. Payment provider fees and other external costs may also apply during the trial.
Can I start without online payments?
Yes. With Pronto, your guests order online and pay on collection or delivery. With Classico, you can still let guests pay this way too.
Do I have to enter my menu myself?
No. Send us your existing menu as a PDF, photo or link. We handle the initial setup for you. You check and approve all information before activation. Afterwards, you can change dishes, prices, pictures and settings yourself at any time.
When do the 30 free days begin?
Try Pronto or Classico for 30 calendar days with real orders in your restaurant. The period starts only when your public ordering page is actually activated. Sending an enquiry, creating an account and setting up the menu do not start the clock. No paid subscription begins afterwards without your express consent.
What happens after the 30 days?
You decide whether to continue with a paid Ordentino plan. No paid subscription begins without your express consent. There is no obligation to book a paid period after the trial.
Do I get links for Google and Instagram?
We provide links for the menu and collection in your Google Business Profile, delivery if you offer it, and your Instagram profile. You publish the links as the profile owner; we help you use them.
Do I get a QR code for my flyers?
You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.
Is the initial menu setup free?
Yes. Initial menu setup is included in Pronto and Classico without an additional setup fee. You provide your existing information and check the result before publication. Your restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information.
