Commission-free ordering for restaurants

Ordentino charges no commission on orders placed through your Ordentino ordering page. You pay the monthly fee: €29 for Pronto or €49 for Classico, both excluding VAT. The number of orders does not change this monthly price.

No. Ordentino charges no commission per order. If you offer online payments with Classico, payment provider fees apply separately. For payments on collection or delivery using your own card terminal, your terminal provider's terms apply.

With Pronto, guests pay on collection or delivery, in cash or using your own card terminal. Classico also allows online payment when ordering. Guests can still pay in person with Classico.

Whether a fixed monthly price suits your business depends on your direct orders and current costs. Compare the plan with your own figures. Include payment fees, advertising and your own delivery service as well; no particular saving is guaranteed.

There is no setup fee for the Classico plan. Work on your existing website is not included in the monthly price.

Online payments with Classico incur payment provider fees. Connecting your existing domain is included in Classico; Ordentino does not sell domains. You pay separately for domain purchase and renewal through your domain provider and for work on your existing website. Budget for your own advertising and delivery service as well.

Yes. You can use your Ordentino ordering page alongside your existing delivery platforms. You decide which ordering options to offer.

Publish your ordering link on your website, in your Google Business Profile and on Instagram. You can also display the counter QR code on flyers or packaging. You update your Google listing yourself.

No. Send us your existing menu as a PDF, photo or link. We handle the initial setup for you. You check and approve all information before activation. Afterwards, you can change dishes, prices, pictures and settings yourself at any time.

We provide links for the menu and collection in your Google Business Profile, delivery if you offer it, and your Instagram profile. You publish the links as the profile owner; we help you use them.

You receive a ready-to-use QR code for your ordering page, for flyers, packaging or the counter. This promotional QR code is included in both plans. QR codes for ordering at individual tables are a separate Classico feature.

Yes. Initial menu setup is included in Pronto and Classico without an additional setup fee. You provide your existing information and check the result before publication. Your restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information.
